A Digital Content Engineer at BRAG Politics will develop and implement content strategies for digital platforms. As part of the BRAG Politics Content Team, you will research target audiences, manage content creation and publishing, and track consumer and content metrics.
We are looking for creative individuals with a strong attention to detail. Content Engineers need storytelling skills and knowledge of consumer and content trends. Create consistent content in various formats.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and craft campaign content on a large scale, engaging millions through digital channels.
- Create tailored marketing strategies for external engagement.
- Create content for campaign pages, banners, and other social media assets using primary and secondary research.
- Demonstrate creativity in identifying target audiences and developing engaging digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with field teams to synchronize field activities with digital operations.
- Stay updated on political developments and recommend campaign interventions when necessary.
- The role may evolve into a Content Lead based on campaign performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree from top institutes.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing digital campaigns and creating content is required.
- Expertise in creating customized campaigns for external outreach.
- Social media knowledge, SEO, web traffic metrics, video content creation experience.
- Great analytical abilities coupled with a creative mindset.
The ability to prioritize work when under pressure and the willingness to work for long periods of time.
