Seeking Digital Reach Associate at BRAG Politics, responsible for communication plans and digital campaigns across state regions. You, as a member of BRAG Politics’ Digital Team, will be responsible for creating and executing creative political campaigns on different social media platforms. As a Digital Reach Associate, you must excel in a fast-paced environment and be skilled at solving complex problems, addressing daily political developments, and meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Create a strong network of people and use social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and WhatsApp to share information with people at the local level.
- Analyze digital platforms, interpersonal communication, and social listening to gauge the political sentiment of different demographic, geographic, and legislative entities.
- Work together with political and social stakeholders, such as party leaders, elected officials, journalists, media organizations, community groups, and frontline workers, to improve online presence and communication.
- Plan, conceptualize, and execute micro and macro digital campaigns in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on the ground.
- Collect content from local sources and share it online, following a strategy to shape the narrative.
- Coordinate with various internal BRAG Politics teams, including field campaign teams, digital communications, media, data analytics, and strategic research to achieve campaign objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from top universities.
- At least 1 year of experience working in top-tier organizations.
- Proficiency in English and Telugu language, both spoken and written.
- Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of social media platforms, digital best practices, SEO, web traffic metrics, and experience with video content creation and storyboarding.
- Readiness to travel extensively and work long hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with various stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Google, Facebook, and other Social Media products for reporting and measuring KPIs.
- Ability to design, conceptualize, and execute end-to-end digital campaigns.
