As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping political strategies and executing large-scale outreach efforts. Responsibilities:
Detecting pulses: Implementing thorough primary and secondary research techniques to assess political sentiment among various demographics, regions, and legislative bodies.
Engage with stakeholders: Work closely with political stakeholders, such as party leaders and grassroots activists, to offer assistance, execute key campaigns, and build strong grassroots networks.
Plan and execute impactful on-ground campaigns from start to finish, strategizing and conceptualizing every step of the way. Develop comprehensive work plans in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with organizational goals by engaging with internal teams such as digital media, data analytics, strategic research, and operations through interdepartmental coordination.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from reputable institutions.
- Minimum of +2 years of relevant work experience in reputed organizations.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools for creating presentations, plans, and monitoring reports.
- Fluency in spoken and written Telugu language.
