- Provide expert social listening and intelligence services to shape political campaigns and engage audiences effectively.
- Collaborate closely with clients to address their day-to-day challenges and opportunities, working as an integral part of their team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Utilize advanced social listening tools to monitor, track, and evaluate campaign performance metrics, aligning with client KPIs, targets, and baselines.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of paid, social, and web data to derive actionable insights into the effectiveness of marketing and PR initiatives.
- Leverage complex and often unstructured datasets to uncover key trends and patterns, informing critical decision-making processes.
- Monitor social channels and analyze conversations related to political issues, candidates, and public sentiment.
- Generate comprehensive social analytics reports and collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative digital and social media content, campaigns, and influencer engagement strategies.
- Possess the flexibility to work on-site at client headquarters, if required.
Experience Required:
- 6-9 years of relevant experience in social media listening and analytics, preferably within the political sphere.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze data trends while maintaining a broader understanding of overarching themes.
- Proficiency in interpreting and extracting insights from large, technical datasets, with a keen eye for identifying meaningful patterns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint, with a basic understanding of social listening tools and SQL.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and testing methodologies, as well as experience using monitoring tools such as Newswhip or Sprinklr.
- A desire to contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace, actively participating in culture initiatives, training opportunities, and employee resource groups.
- Fluency in a second language such as Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil is a plus.
